◎ THE WORKWorkplace wellbeing support works best when it's honest about what people are actually carrying, not just the presenting symptoms, but the patterns beneath them. Stress, disconnection, burnout, and conflict rarely come from nowhere.
I offer workshops, training, and wellbeing sessions for organisations looking to create healthier, more sustainable ways of working. Sessions are bespoke and shaped around what your team genuinely needs, not a packaged programme delivered the same way every time.
My background is in psychotherapy, with years of clinical experience across NHS and workplace mental health settings. Before that, I worked in training and development for organisations in media and corporate environments, so I understand the specific pressures and cultures people are navigating.
I work with teams at every level, from individual contributors to senior leadership. Sessions typically run from an hour to a half-day, depending on the topic and what would be most useful.
