We will begin with a single 30-minute assessment session. This offers you the opportunity to discuss your reasons for coming, the outcome you seek, and assess whether you would like to work together. Should you wish to proceed we would then contract to see each other on a weekly basis at the same time each week. Sessions are 50-minutes long and take place either online or from my practice room in Shoreditch. This will be a safe and confidential space where you will not be disturbed and your privacy is maintained.

As an integrative therapist I draw on a wide range of theories catering to the individual who sits in front of me. However, the most essential element to getting something out of therapy is the relationship you build with your therapist, honesty, warmth, and some challenges. Building trust is vital for you to feel seen, heard and understood so that change can occur.

Counselling and psychotherapy can be helpful for a wide range of concerns such as:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Relationship Difficulties

  • Abuse and other traumatic experiences

  • Sexuality and identity questions

  • Self-harm

  • Isolation and loneliness

  • Loss (Bereavement, Divorce, Redundancy)

  • Lack of meaning and purpose
