◎ THERAPY
Black and white photo of people walking on a city street with buildings and shops in the background.

For people who are tired of just coping.

Relational, exploratory therapy for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, identity, and the patterns that keep showing up - in London and online.

◎ WHO IS THIS FOR

Maybe you cope well on the outside…

Many people who come to therapy aren't falling apart. They're thoughtful, capable, and used to getting on with things. But underneath that, something feels off - overwhelming, flat, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can't quite shift.

Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, identity questions, or significant life transitions. A lot are neurodivergent particularly ADHD, or beginning to wonder whether they might be. Some arrive in the middle of a specific difficulty. Others reach a point where coping no longer feels like enough.

I work with adults in their late 20s through 40s, though I don't hold this as a fixed boundary. What tends to matter more is whether someone is ready to look honestly at themselves, not just at what's happening, but at the patterns beneath it.

Therapy here is relational and exploratory. The relationship we build together is part of the work and often tells us something important about the relationships outside the room too.

◎ HOW IT WORKS

No fixed timelines. Regular check in’s

The length of therapy looks different for everyone. Some people come for shorter-term support around a particular difficulty or period of life. Others choose to work more open-endedly. Meaningful movement can happen within the first six months to a year of regular work, though there's no formula.

Sessions are weekly. Consistency and rhythm become an important part of the therapeutic relationship - and of the work itself.

Some sessions feel spacious and exploratory, particularly when we're trying to make sense of feelings that have been hard to articulate. Others are more direct - noticing blindspots, questioning familiar ways of relating, or exploring what's getting in the way of change.

I build in regular check-ins to reflect on how the work is feeling, and whether what we're doing is still useful for you.

◎ AREAS OF FOCUS

What people often bring

Neurodivergence in a neurotypical world

For people navigating a world not built for how they think, and who are tired of performing a version of themselves that tire them.

Anxiety, Overwhelm and Dysregulation

For people who feel things intensely, overthink constantly, or find themselves stuck in cycles they can't think their way out of.

Identity, meaning and
self-understanding

Questions about who you are, who you've had to be, and the gap between the two - often surfacing in transitions and turning points.

Burnout and patterns
of survival

When coping has become the whole strategy - and life feels flattened, disconnected, or like something you're just getting through.

One of the most impactful things Stephanie did for me was help me recognise my thought patterns and tendencies in ways I had never considered. I gained more self-awareness and humility, and I'm incredibly thankful for the shift in perspective as I move into the next chapter of my life.

I came for help with specific issues and gained a renewed sense of purpose across many areas of my life.

My relationship with myself is so much healthier because of the work I've done with Stephanie. Her words stand as pillars in how I try to live my life now.
